ASDAN (阿思丹) runs the AMC for the China and Asia region — handling registration, invigilation, marking and certificates — while papers and standards stay those of the Australian Maths Trust.

Questions from China-region families
Is this the same competition as the one in Australia?
Yes. The papers and standards are those of the Australian Mathematics Competition, run by the Australian Maths Trust. ASDAN administers entries, invigilation and marking for the China and Asia region.
Can my child sit the paper in Chinese?
Yes — every level is available in both English and Chinese. The questions are identical; choose whichever language your child reads most comfortably.
How do we register in China?

When and how long is the exam?
The exam is on Sunday 11 October 2026. Pre-A runs 10:00–10:45 (45 min); A and B 10:00–11:00 (60 min); C, D and E 14:00–15:15 (75 min).
What is the EPQ Scholarship?
Students in Years 10–12 who earn a Credit or higher can receive an ASDAN EPQ scholarship — ¥1,000 (Credit), ¥2,000 (Distinction) or ¥3,000 (Prize / High Distinction).
